Chuck Sizer is the Chief Science Officer at Cambrooke Therapeutics, a position he has held since 2010. Chuck provides food chemistry and processing expertise in the development of Cambrooke Therapeutics’ product line. Dr. Sizer is a national expert on aseptic processing and has worked as a consultant to major food and clinical nutrition companies for 25 years.
Chuck holds more than 25 patents and has authored numerous articles on aseptic processing and packaging, modeling of bacterial growth and process lethality, and nutrient retention in processed foods. Chuck holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska and a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition from Colorado State University.
